GigaTrust ACG has acquired an equity interest in GigaMedia Access Corporation, which trades as GigaTrust, an electronic content security company. Based in Herndon, Virginia, GigaTrust provides persistent content protection and authentication services to commercial and government enterprises and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) for electronic communications. GigaTrust is a digital security force which can be deployed to manage internal affairs or external communications by protecting all forms of business communications: email, web publishing, file sharing, instant messaging, and remote mobile access. GigaTrust has formed a strategic partnership with Microsoft, through which the companies co-develop and co-market GigaTrust’s products and services for early adoption in the Digital Rights Management Software (DRMS) industry. GigaTrust also has signed strategic partnerships with Unisys and Competetive Innovations. |
