Lumiere, A Valencia Hotel
ACG is providing unsecured, mezzanine-type financing for the development and construction of the Lumiere Hotel/Condominium, a Valencia property, located in the heart of Mountain Village in Telluride, Colorado. Once completed, this project will consist of a total of 19 units, 14 of which were pre-sold before construction commenced. Closing on the sale of these units is expected to begin in April 2008.
