Oil Purification Systems, Inc.
ACG has acquired a 25% stake in Oil Purification Systems, Inc.("OPS"). OPS, based in Shelton, Connecticut, manufactures and markets an on-board oil refiner system and hydraulic oil batch processor that eliminates both solid and liquid contaminants from engine oil and hydraulic fluid by evaporation, eliminating acid build-up, corrosion and oxidation. The system substantially reduces or eliminates the need for oil changes in trucks, buses and diesel-powered industrial engines. It allows engines to run with clean oil 100% of the time and eliminates or substantially reduces the need to periodically change oil. The system also reduces engine wear and oil maintenance costs and extends engine life.
