F.T. Silfies, Inc.
ACG has acquired an approximately 25% equity interest in F.T. Silfies, Inc. Silfies is currently a $35 million annual revenue company and is actively engaged in an accretive roll-up strategy, acquiring other small regional bulk trucking companies. Silfies transports bulk cement and lime, and related bulk commodities such as sand, flyash and newcem, as well as bag cement, brick, block and other construction materials by flatbed. Silfies currently maintains more than 200 tractors and almost 400 trailers and operates in the eastern United States.
