Howard Kra, Partner
Howard Kra is a Partner with Atlantic Capital Group. His activities include deal origination, investment due diligence and negotiations of transactions.

Mr. Kra began his career as a wealth advisor in 1982 at Lehman Brothers in New York City. In 1993, he moved to Washington DC where he joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President until 2002. During his time on Wall Street Mr. Kra was actively involved in industry consolidations/rollups in various industries, including yellow pages, courier/logistics, as well as the telecommunications industry.

In 1993, Mr. Kra was instrumental in the launching of Streamline.com, one of the pioneering companies in e-commerce, and helped take the company public in June of 1999. Most recently, Mr. Kra helped launch Ziggs.com, the Internet's first destination site for businesspeople search and profile management. Mr. Kra also serves on the Board of Carchex.

Mr. Kra graduated from the University of Maryland with dual majors in Political Science and Business Administration/Marketing.
