Peter M. Rubin, Founder and Partner
Peter M. Rubin is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic Capital Group's operations, corporate governance and compliance. In addition to the firm’s operations and strategic planning, Mr. Rubin is responsible for origination and structuring of transactions and investment due diligence.

Mr. Rubin has an entrepreneurial and legal background with more than a decade of experience in private equity investments. His previous investment activities have had a particular focus on securitized debt transactions and real estate development projects. In addition Mr. Rubin has more than 14 years experience as a litigator and transactional attorney.

He currently sits on the boards of Carchex and  Affordable Hearing Networks and serves as an executive board member (Treasurer) of the Charm City Youth League.  Mr. Rubin received a BA in Political Science from Duke University and his Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the Bars of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
