Bruce F. Taub, Managing Partner

Bruce F. Taub is the Managing Partner of Atlantic Capital Group's real estate and loan related activities. In that capacity Mr. Taub supervises real estate deal origination, underwriting, negotiation, due diligence and joint venture relationship management. He has amassed more than 25 years experience with public, private and non-profit companies. He is proficient in all facets of real-estate finance, development, asset management, operations, acquisitions/disposition, sales and marketing, and HR and P&L accountability.

Mr. Taub previously worked for Storage USA, Inc. as its head of acquisitions and co-general manager of its franchise company.  While at Storage USA, Mr. Taub sourced over $1B in transactions, oversaw its $240M loan portfolio and managed internal operations of the franchise company which ultimately added over $200 million in value upon Storage USA's sale. He has served several private companies in a variety of senior executive operating capacities and has practiced law, specializing in business, commercial real estate, finance and taxation.

Mr. Taub holds a BA from the University of Maryland, a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from California Western School of Law, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. In 1997, he was the youngest President and Chairman of the Board in the history of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, a 1200-member business organization serving the Baltimore/Washington Metro area. He served on numerous other corporate boards in his career, taught business law and has been a presenter on a variety of topics including real estate development and the art of win/win negotiation.
